FOREIGN FULBRIGHT STUDENT PROGRAM
The Fulbright Program for Foreign
Students is administered by binational Fulbright
Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program
applications are processed by these offices. Outside the U.S., the
Fulbright Program is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations
or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by
these offices. Therefore, foreign students must apply for Fulbright Fellowships
through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home
countries. Program eligibility and selection procedures are determined by each
country. The Institute of International Education (IIE) arranges academic
placement for most Fulbright nominees and supervises participants during their
stay in the United States.
Program eligibility and
